These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boutique Shutters & Shades (a trade name of Boutique Shutters LLC) website and services. By accessing our site, requesting a quote, booking a consultation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on our site, including per-square-foot rates and the cost estimator, are estimates for general guidance only. They are not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after an in-home or virtual consultation and precise measurement. Estimates may change based on window size and count, product selection, finishes, site conditions, and installation requirements.

Consultations and scheduling

Consultations are free and carry no obligation to purchase. We ask that you provide accurate contact and appointment details and give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Access to the installation area may be required to complete measurements and work.

Text messaging program

Program: Boutique Shutters & Shades text messages, sent by Boutique Shutters LLC dba Boutique Shutters & Shades from 770-404-9347.

What we send: informational texts about your inquiry, consultation and order: replies when you text us; one confirmation when you book an in-home consultation by phone and say yes to a text; and, if you tick the optional box on your purchase agreement, a sign-up confirmation followed by an "order ready" text with a link to schedule installation. We do not send marketing texts. See how you opt in.

Message frequency varies (one text per phone booking; about 1-3 texts per order). Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel (you may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE or OPTOUT, or tell us in plain words to stop texting you). After you opt out we send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will get no further texts unless you reply START.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle your mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Orders, custom products, and payment

Many of our products are custom-made to your measurements and specifications. Once production of a custom order begins, it generally cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged except as required by law or covered under warranty. Payment terms, deposits, and balances are set out in your written quote or order confirmation.

Financing

Financing may be available through third-party partners such as Wisetack and Klarna. Financing is offered and administered by those providers under their own terms, approval criteria, and privacy practices. We are not the lender and are not responsible for their decisions or services.

Warranty

Our products and workmanship are covered as described on our warranty page. That page, together with any manufacturer warranty, sets out the scope, duration, and limits of coverage. Warranty service is subject to the conditions stated there.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any forms or content. We may suspend or restrict access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Boutique Shutters & Shades and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boutique Shutters & Shades is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on estimates provided through it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the effective date above.
