Every awning is built to fit your space. Semi-cassette lateral-arm awnings run from 9′6″ up to 40 feet wide with projections of 8, 10, or 12 feet, and cross-arm models cover narrow, deep spaces from 8 feet up to 13′5″ with a 12-foot projection. Open-roll and full-cassette awnings come in set sizes from 10 to 20 feet wide. Pick from four housing colors — white, bronze, beige, or black — and an interchangeable straight or sea-wave valance you can swap yourself.
Motorized operation makes it effortless: extend and retract from a remote or your phone, add a wireless wind sensor that helps protect the awning when the wind picks up, and fold it into your smart-home scenes. A manual override is always available, so you're covered even when the power isn't.

Every awning carries SunPro's limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We help you register it, and if anything goes wrong we handle the claim with SunPro for you.

Hardware covers the arms, bars, and supports; motor coverage includes the controls; fabric coverage includes breakdown from sun, mildew, and rot, plus abnormal fading. Accessories are add-ons such as drop screens, wind sensors, wind poles, remotes, and smart-home devices. Coverage is for the original purchaser at the original installed location, and doesn't include damage from high winds, water pooling on the fabric, misuse, or modifications. How big can a retractable awning be?
It depends on the style. Semi-cassette lateral-arm awnings go from 9′6″ up to 40 feet wide with an 8, 10, or 12-foot projection, and cross-arm models cover narrow, deep spaces from 8 feet to 13′5″ wide with a 12-foot projection. Open-roll awnings come in 10′ × 8′, 12′ × 10′, 14′ × 10′, 16′ × 10′, and 20′ × 10′. Full-cassette awnings come in 12′ × 10′, 14′ × 12′, 16′ × 12′, 18′ × 12′, and 20′ × 12′.
Are the awnings motorized?
Yes. Every awning is fully motorized with a wireless remote, and a manual override lets you operate it during a power outage. Add a multi-channel remote (up to 15 channels) to run several awnings or screens, or a wireless wind sensor for extra peace of mind.
Will it work with my smart home?
It can. With a BOND Bridge or a Somfy® or Dooya® Wi-Fi bridge, you can control your awning from your phone and with voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Home. We'll talk through the right setup for your home.
Do the awnings have lights?
They do — dimmable LED lights are built right into the arms and adjusted by remote, with no extra cost or separate installation. They give you adjustable ambient light without adding any extra fixtures.
What fabrics and colors are available?
Choose from 30 in-stock Sunbrella® fabrics, or more than 300 custom Sunbrella® options on semi-cassette and full-cassette awnings, in stripes, solids, and textures. Housings come in white, bronze, beige, or black, with an interchangeable straight or sea-wave valance.
Will it hold up to wind and rain?
Retractable awnings are made for shade, not storms. They aren't designed to hold the weight of water or stand up to high winds, so please don't use yours as rain cover. Retract it when the wind picks up or bad weather rolls in — and for extra peace of mind, add a wireless wind sensor. When an awning is retracted, cassette styles keep the fabric protected inside the housing.
What does the warranty cover?
SunPro's limited warranty covers semi-cassette and full-cassette awnings for 10 years on hardware, motor and controls, and fabric. Open-roll awnings are covered for 5 years. Accessories such as drop screens, wind sensors, and remotes are covered for 2 years. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, not damage from high winds or water pooling on the fabric, so retract your awning in storms. How does the awning attach to my home?
All three styles can be wall mounted. Semi-cassette awnings can also be roof, soffit, or bay mounted, using roof mount or custom bay mount brackets alongside the standard brackets. We confirm the right mounting approach for your home during the consultation.

Yes. Your estimate includes the awning and professional installation. We start with an in-home design estimate and precise measurements, order your awning built to spec, and install it ourselves — handling the whole process from first quote to final walkthrough.
