Every awning is built to your exact opening. Choose widths from 9′6″ up to 40 feet with projections of 8, 10, or 12 feet — plus cross-arm models for narrow, deep spaces, covering 8 feet up to 13′5″ with a 12-foot projection. Pick from four housing colors — white, bronze, beige, or black — and a removable straight or sea-wave valance to match your home.
Motorized operation makes it effortless: extend and retract from a remote or your phone, add sun and wind sensors so the awning reacts to the weather on its own, and fold it into your smart-home scenes. A manual override is always available, so you're covered even when the power isn't.

How big can a retractable awning be?
Awnings are built to your exact opening, with widths from 9′6″ up to 40 feet and projections of 8, 10, or 12 feet. For narrow, deep spaces, cross-arm models cover 8 feet up to 13′5″ with a 12-foot projection.
Are the awnings motorized?
Yes. Extend and retract with a wireless remote, your phone, or your voice through a smart-home device, with a manual override always available. Optional sun and wind sensors let the awning react to the weather on its own.
Do the awnings have lights?
They do — dimmable LED lights are built right into the arms and controlled by remote, included as standard. They give you adjustable ambient light without adding any extra fixtures.
What fabrics and colors are available?
Over 30 in-stock Sunbrella® fabrics plus 300+ custom options, in stripes, solids, and textures. Housings come in white, bronze, beige, or black with a removable straight or sea-wave valance.
Will it hold up to wind and rain?
EZ-Pitch lets you angle the awning to shed rain, and the front bar accepts wind sensors and wind poles for added stability. In severe weather you simply retract it — sensors can do this automatically — and the cassette housing protects the fabric when it's closed.
What does the warranty cover?
SunPro awnings carry a 10-year, non-prorated and transferable warranty — among the best in the industry — covering the hardware, fabric, and motor.
How does the awning attach to my home?
Standard wall-mount F-brackets are included, and specialty soffit, roof, and custom bay-mount brackets are available for trickier installations. We confirm the right mounting approach for your structure during the consultation.
