Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on our site, including per-square-foot rates and the cost estimator, are estimates for general guidance only. They are not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after an in-home or virtual consultation and precise measurement. Estimates may change based on window size and count, product selection, finishes, site conditions, and installation requirements.

Consultations and scheduling

Consultations are free and carry no obligation to purchase. We ask that you provide accurate contact and appointment details and give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Access to the installation area may be required to complete measurements and work.

Orders, custom products, and payment

Many of our products are custom-made to your measurements and specifications. Once production of a custom order begins, it generally cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged except as required by law or covered under warranty. Payment terms, deposits, and balances are set out in your written quote or order confirmation.

Financing

Financing may be available through third-party partners such as Wisetack and Klarna. Financing is offered and administered by those providers under their own terms, approval criteria, and privacy practices. We are not the lender and are not responsible for their decisions or services.

Warranty

Our products and workmanship are covered as described on our warranty page. That page, together with any manufacturer warranty, sets out the scope, duration, and limits of coverage. Warranty service is subject to the conditions stated there.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any forms or content. We may suspend or restrict access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Boutique Shutters & Shades and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
